What your child will learn
- Read the short vowels, long vowels and shadda
- Join letters into words and split words into letters
- Read, trace and write 100 everyday words
- Use each new word in a short sentence
- Count to 100 and read Arabic numerals

Parents ask
I don't speak Arabic. Can I still teach this?
Yes. Every instruction is in English, and the grown-up guide tells you what to do on each page. You learn alongside your child.
How long does it take each day?
About 10 to 15 minutes. One page a day is enough to keep moving.
Do I need to print it?
Printing works best for tracing and writing (US Letter, 8.5 × 11 in). You can also use the PDFs on a tablet with a stylus.
