Refund policy

Our promise

Because our workbooks are digital downloads, we can’t take them back the way a shop can take back a physical book. But we never want you stuck with something that doesn’t work for your family.

We’ll fix it or refund you if:

• Your file won’t download or open
• Pages print incorrectly or something is missing
• You accidentally bought the same item twice
• You bought a single workbook and then the bundle within 14 days. We’ll refund the single workbook.
• The workbook really isn’t what you expected. Tell us why within 14 days, and we’ll make it right.

How to reach us: email hello@arabicmadefun.com with your order number. A real person (me!) replies within 24 hours.
